Auric and Ice offers fine jewelry crafted in solid gold, natural gemstones, and/or diamonds. All products are made in small batches or custom orders. Due to the nature of handcrafted items and natural stones, slight variations may occur.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your country to purchase products from our Website.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in either PHP or USD. Prices are exclusive of applicable customs taxes, depending on your shipping destination.
We accept payments via Paypal. Full payment is required before order processing.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, inventory error, or pricing mistake.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary based on destination and whether the piece is ready-made or made-to-order. Estimated delivery times are provided upon email confirmation of orders.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and other import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of fine jewelry, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, with photo proof. Otherwise, specified return will automatically not be accepted.
Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
6. Product Warranty
All our pieces undergo quality checks. However, natural wear and tear is expected with regular use.
We offer a 1 year limited repair warranty from date of purchase, covering craftsmanship issues. This does not include damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
