Thank you for making a purchase at Auric & Ice. We do not accept returns and refunds. Each piece we sell goes through stress tests and strict quality control before completion of your order. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you exchange your items within 7 days given your item is proven faulty or has a defect. Your item replacement must be of the same price or higher than the replaced item. Otherwise, refund for the price differences will be converted into store credit.
All purchased items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original packaging in tact. The value of the item at the time of exchange is the price paid or current selling price, whichever is lower. Please email us at support@auricandice.com so we can process it for you.
Shipping returns and exchanges to and from our warehouse will be shouldered by the customer.
Please note that return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by Auric & Ice. To begin the international return process, please email us at support@auricandice.com and indicate your name, item and reason for return.
Upon the item’s arrival, Auric & Ice will review the condition of the item whether to approve or reject the return. Auric & Ice reserves the right to negate any refund if there is any indication that a piece was used or intentionally damaged.
After seven days, returns will not be accepted. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
